Many Stains Remained

Yes, the process was very easy and my daughter's dress was returned quickly. However, many of the stains were not removed, which is interesting since the claim is "Removal of 99.99% of all kinds of stains guaranteed". Spray tan stains were completely removed, while mud stains and lipstick were not. Quite disappointed.
