The process to preserve my daughter’s wedding dress was seamless and easy and the product was amazing! Placing the order was very clear and box with explicit instructions came quickly. Sending it back via UPS was perfect. The dress, cape and gloves were returned in box with a plastic window displaying the dress and cape. It was lovely. They did a mostly good job. The only issues I have with the packaging is the dress is sliding around/down a bit and there's a piece of cardboard that must have fell off inside the box that is now stuck to the plastic window, every time I see it I think it's dirt. Otherwise, they were fast and a fair price.
